To the extent applicable, content accessible through TheBoyTube may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not depict conduct covered by those provisions, was created before the applicable statutory dates, and/or because TheBoyTube does not act as a “producer” as defined by applicable law. This statement applies only where an exemption is factually and legally applicable.
